Bon appetit. We cut off a larger piece and enjoy it. When I saw the pie in the cut, I initially thought that the cake was not baked, but I liked the white inclusions, since baking with wholemeal flour turns out dark, and with flakes a little more interesting. The pie with wholemeal flour was baked, and with custard it turned out to be a good delicious dessert. Oat flakes can be ground or take oat flour, then get a lighter tone of the cake and the cake will not be so dense.
