Mix 100 g of sugar, 1 tsp of salt , 150 ml of vegetable oil and 3 eggs until smooth.
Grate the zest of 1 orange on the smallest grater and add to the egg mixture.
Sift 160 g of wheat flour and 75 g of rice flour, mix and add to the egg mixture.
Knead dough. At the end of the batch, add 1 tsp of baking powder and 1.5 g of vanillin. Mix again.
The orange, from which the zest has been removed , is now cleaned of the remaining skin, and the flesh is cut into small pieces and added to the dough. Mix to evenly distribute the orange in the dough.
Prepare a baking dish by covering it with parchment paper. Fill in the form with the prepared test. Bake the cake in a preheated 180-degree oven for about 45-50 minutes until Golden.
When serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with orange slices.
