Yeast-Free Whole-Wheat Cheese Buns Recipe

  1. Make the dough. In a bowl, mix wholemeal flour, baking powder and salt. We make a recess, pour kefir there and break the egg. Carefully knead the dough with a silicone spatula. We rub the cheese on a medium grater and send it to the dough, again we combine it with a silicone spatula.
