Almost Julien with a Fine Paste Recipe
Almost Julien, you might say. Only I added small pasta of hard varieties to the bottom of the coconut chips before laying out the components of Julienne. Also, instead of chicken meat, I used a ready-made turkey roll. A wonderful snack or just serve instead of hot on the New Year’s table at the very beginning of the festive dinner.

For pasta (small hard pasta):
Instructions
  1. I will cook 4 molds and cook quite a bit of fine paste. I took the stars. Boil them in salted water until al dente. Flip it into a colander, then put it back in the pan and sprinkle with 1 tsp olive oil. I just had enough of this amount of pasta for 4 molds, 1.5 tablespoons each.
  2. Pour olive oil into a saucepan, heat it up and put the finely chopped onion, brown it and add the chopped mushrooms. Cook the mushrooms until the liquid has completely evaporated. I cut the turkey roll into small cubes and sent it to the mushrooms. A little toasted.
  3. Add salt, pepper, sprinkle with flour, mix and pour in the cream. Cook until the cream thickens. It’s fast. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Important! take a high-quality cheese so that it melts, not hardens.
  4. Put the contents of the pan on a baking sheet in molds. This amount of ingredients was also enough for me for 4 molds. Sprinkled generously with grated cheese on top. Put it to bake in the oven, setting the temperature to 180 C, for 15 minutes. In the dish, all the products are almost ready, and it will bake quickly. Focus on your oven.
  5. Serve immediately from the oven.
  6. It’s delicious!
