Apple-Lemon Marmalade Recipe
A very tasty apple preparation as an alternative to the banal apple jam. It turns out a fragrant and thick marmalade.

  1. Cut the lemons in half lengthwise, and then into thin slices, remove the pits. I had 3 very large lemons, so I cut them into 4 pieces and then into slices. Pour 3 glasses of water and leave overnight.
  2. The next day, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes over moderate heat until the skin becomes soft.

  5. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 30 minutes until thickened. Take out the mint and pour it into sterilized jars, roll it up. Enjoy your meal!
