Apple Pie “Tenderness” Recipe
There are never too many apple pies! Agree? My husband asked me to bake a pie with apples, but set several conditions – a lot of filling and a little dough, creamy taste, a little sourness and be sure to sprinkle on top))). So eat this pie.

  1. Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, butter and baking powder well.
  2. Add flour and mix. The dough turns out to be very soft and a little sticky – do not add flour!
  3. Put the dough into the mold with your hands, forming the sides – I have a form for 23. The dough turns out pliable and fits well. The layer is not thick. While we peel the apples, we put the mold in the freezer.
  4. Peel the apples and seed pods, cut into thin slices. We take the mold out of the freezer and lay out the apples.
  5. Sprinkle apples with black currant on top.
  6. To pour, mix all the ingredients and pour over the apples.
  7. For sprinkling, grind everything into crumbs. Fall asleep on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees. I baked it for 50 minutes on the top shelf, I have a gas oven with lower heating – focus on your oven.
  8. Ready!
