Pour the kefir over the oat flakes and leave for 30 minutes.
Add the zest and soda to the oatmeal-kefir mixture. While the reaction of soda with kefir is going, peel the apples.
IMPORTANT! If you use milk and sour cream, then pour the oatmeal with milk, and “extinguish” the soda in sour cream.
Apples are best taken sweet and sour, flavorful. It has long been noticed that the tastier the apples, the more delicious the pie)) Cut the apples into cubes. Or whatever you like.
Eggs with sugar beat well with a mixer.
Mix the oatmeal mixture with the egg mixture. This should be done carefully with a spoon or spatula. Not a mixer! Add the sifted flour. And just as gently mix.
Pour the dough into a baking dish or a slow cooker bowl. The bottom of the mold is slightly greased with oil. Bake for 40 minutes in the “Baking” mode or in the oven.
When a little cool, remove. If you use a slow cooker, it is best to do this using a steaming mold. And leave to cool.
The pie is not dry – apples give humidity. Not very sweet (ideal for me) and with a piquant taste thanks to the zest (or spices). Bon Appetit!
