  1. We’ll need seedless olives and corn.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
  3. Wash the arugula well.
  4. Finely chop the garlic. Mix lemon juice, olive oil and water. Add chopped cumin, salt, paprika and sumac. Mix everything well, and our filling is ready.
  5. Place arugula and mushrooms on a wide dish. Sprinkle with corn and olives. Rub the cheese.
  6. Pour the filling and let it stand for a while.
