I present to your attention one of my favorite salads, which perfectly combines crispy arugula with caramelized chicken liver, tomatoes and olives. Very tasty dish.

  1. Wash the chicken liver and cut it into approximately the same pieces. Heat a frying pan, add olive oil (2 tbsp), soy sauce (2 tbsp), sugar and chicken liver. Fry until tender.
