Pour in the milk, vegetable oil (odorless) and mix everything together. It is vegetable oil that will make the dough tender and not dry.
  2. Combine the flour with baking powder and sift through a fine sieve.
  3. Gently mix until smooth, without lumps, dough.
  4. Foma for baking 17*21 centimeters cover with baking paper and brush with vegetable oil. Pour half of the dough and place in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. This will fix the top and the filling will not fail, but will remain in the middle of the baked pie.
  5. On the surface of the dough, put the jam, I have blueberries with black currants, in an even layer, retreating slightly from the edges.
  6. Fill the top of the jam with the remaining dough and gently smooth it out.
  7. Return the cake pan to the oven and bake for another 40-50 minutes. The top should turn red and become dense. Skewer to determine will not work because of the jam, which is in the middle. After cooking, remove the cake from the mold and let it cool completely, otherwise the jam will flow.
