Ingredients

Allspice

Vegetable oil
(to taste)
Instructions
Carrots, onions, beef, cucumbers, gherkins cut into strips.
Fry the carrots in preheated vegetable oil, then add the beef.
Fry the meat for 10 minutes, then add the bell pepper, onion and pickles, fry for 3 minutes.
Put the potatoes in a frying pan or in a cauldron and fry all the vegetables for 15 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, we dilute 2 tablespoons of tomato paste in brine and pour it over the vegetables, mix well and fill with water.
Simmer until tender, pepper and salt at the end!
