Cut the meat into slices, lightly beat off and cut into cubes (like beef Stroganoff). Season with salt and pepper and fry separately in 1 tbsp oil.
Add to the fried meat onions, broth and tomato paste, stir and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cucumbers cut into small cubes.
Add to meat cucumbers and mashed with salt garlic. Add flour to the sauce. To do this, pour a little gravy in a separate bowl, cool a little and gradually add the flour, stirring constantly. And then enter the remaining sauce (in the pan). Stir and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Serve better with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
