Meat cut into cubes. In a frying pan, heat some vegetable oil and fry the meat on all sides. Then pour 2 cups of water, cover the pan with a lid and put out the meat until soft. The quenching time depends on the quality of the beef.
Cut the potatoes into slices and fry in a separate pan until Golden brown, using part of the vegetable oil.
Onions cut into cubes. Pickles cut into strips. In the pan, where fried potatoes, sauté vegetables. Add tomato sauce or tomato paste diluted with water. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Put out the vegetables for 5-7 minutes.
For meat put sautéed vegetables in tomato sauce. On top lay the fried slices of potatoes. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the dish for another 20 minutes. Mix once. Mix very carefully so as not to break the potato slices.
Serve hot, sprinkle with herbs and finely chopped garlic. Separately, you can apply hot pepper.
