The most difficult and long in this dish – peel and fry potatoes.
But it is fried potatoes that will come to azu unique deep taste. Potatoes cut into large slices and fry in oil until half-cooked and Golden brown.
Chop the onions.
Remove the potatoes, drain the excess oil and fry the onion until Golden. Add beef stew. Of course, the taste of the dish depends on the taste and quality of stew! If the pieces of corned beef are large, cut into smaller – about half the smaller potatoes.
Add tomato paste - and meat seasoning. The filling already has vegetables and herbs, and salt is enough – I did not add salt. Let the gas station simmer for a couple of minutes.
Lay the potatoes. Stew for five minutes.
Add black pepper and Bay leaf, add a little boiling water-to taste, but the azu should not be liquid – and simmer until potatoes are ready.
Azu is ready to brew under the lid for about 15 minutes. This will allow ABC to get enough of the flavors and disclose fully your sour-salty, spicy and rich taste.
Serve hot with fresh vegetables, sprinkled with herbs.
