  1. Potatoes need to be washed well, dried, pricked on top with a fork and lubricated on all sides with vegetable oil. It is convenient to do this with a brush. Then wrap each one in foil to get several layers and send it to the oven preheated to 180-200 degrees until ready. You can check it with a knife, carefully, without piercing through. The knife should gently enter the potatoes.
  2. For the filling, prepare the thigh fillet, cut it into a small cube. I had frozen mushrooms, and if you use fresh ones, then wash them and also cut them. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. In a frying pan, first fry the fillet, then add the mushrooms, mushroom seasoning and pepper and fry until tender. Pour in the sour cream, add salt, add chopped garlic and warm up together.
  3. Carefully remove the top part of the foil from the baked potatoes to make a kind of mold. With a teaspoon, remove part of the potatoes to the middle. Fill the resulting boats with stuffing, sprinkle with cheese and send them to the oven for 5-10 minutes so that the cheese melts.
  4. Serve hot, sprinkled with dill.
