  1. On the festive table, chicken, duck or turkey baked whole will look spectacular, but if you cut the bird into portions and bake, you will not lose anything in taste and you can also serve it beautifully. Prepare all the products on the list.
  2. Wash the chicken, dry it with a paper towel, and cut it into portions. Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, put the mustard, squeeze out the garlic, grate the ginger root, pour the orange juice and vegetable oil, add salt, pepper, and stir.
  3. Pour the prepared marinade over the pieces of poultry, massage them and leave them to marinate for a couple of hours at room temperature. Put the chicken in a heat-resistant form, pour over the marinade, cover with foil.
  4. Bake in the oven at 200 *C – 50 minutes, focusing on the features of your oven. At the end of baking, remove the foil and brown the chicken for 7-10 minutes.
