  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, as they are served with the peel. Bake in the oven until tender.
  2. Chop the herbs and garlic. Mix with the cheeses.
  3. Crush the hot potatoes, cut them in the middle, add salt and butter.
  4. Top with the cheese mixture. Garnish with chopped herbs. Serve hot.
