While the meat is cooking, finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and cut the tomatoes into small cubes. In a frying pan, on which the meat is already beginning to brown quite a bit, first we send the onion, fry for a few minutes, then the carrots – also fry for a couple of minutes. Last of all, put the tomatoes and garlic, simmer until the slices of tomatoes become a little soft.
