Wash the Peking cabbage, cut the head in half and chop one half finely. Put it in a salad bowl.
Peel the red onion and cut it into thin half rings. Add to the cabbage.
Wash the grapes, dry them and cut each berry in half, if the grapes have pits, then remove them. Beans are thrown into a colander. Add to the cabbage and onion.
Cut the cheese into small cubes. Put it in the salad and mix.
To prepare the sauce. Mix vinegar with mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Pour olive oil in a thin stream, mix thoroughly and season the salad.
