  1. We take the beans, I have white. Wash, soak for a couple of hours, preferably overnight. Then pour water in a ratio of 1 to 5, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until ready, at least 1 hour. I cooked for 75 minutes.
  2. Onions, bell peppers and carrots are cleaned, cut into strips.
  3. Pickled cucumbers are also cut into strips.
  4. In a frying pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the vegetables until transparent over medium heat, then put the pickled cucumbers.
  5. Put the tomato, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  6. We put the finished beans.
  7. Put the beans together with the remaining liquid. If it is not left, then add 100 ml of boiling water. Add salt, sugar, and a mixture of peppers. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  8. Put the chopped garlic, coriander, green onions.
  9. Stir, turn off the fire.
  10. Serve the dish hot or cold.
