  1. All the ingredients are poured into a cup with a lid. Please don’t ignore turmeric! I did not introduce it to breakfast for brightness, it is very useful (read about it on the Internet). Pour the mixture with boiling water, close the lid and leave to steam for 15 minutes. You can go do your morning chores, “porridge” will cook itself) Adjust the amount of water to your taste: who is thicker, who is thinner.
  2. After 15 minutes, add some useful oil to the porridge: flaxseed, peanut, walnut, milk thistle… You can do it without oil. Sweet tooth can add a spoonful of honey. Here already as you like it better. If you eat breakfast like this every day-I guarantee you beauty!
