  1. Wash and dry the meat. Cut into a cube of about 3 × 3 cm. Put the meat in a suitable container, pour soy sauce, sprinkle with spices, mix well. Prepare the vegetables.
  2. Cut the eggplants into large cubes, sprinkle with salt, mix and leave for 20 minutes.
  3. Turn on the preheating of the oven to 200 *. I served this dish with baked potatoes. It goes very well with rice or buckwheat porridge. Cut the vegetables into large enough pieces.
  4. Pour the olive oil into the baking dish. Lay out the meat and vegetables and mix.
  5. Cover with a lid and place in a preheated oven for 80 minutes. Focus on your oven!!! Meat, especially beef, is very different. An hour later, my beef was already soft, but I decided to keep it in the oven for another 20 minutes!!!
  6. Take the pot. Try… Fragrant meat with delicious vegetables is ready!
  7. Arrange on plates. Pay attention, it turns out a lot of gravy!!!
  8. When serving, sprinkle well with herbs!
