Ingredients

Beef ribs

Potato

Bay leaf
Salt

Instructions
Wash and dry the beef ribs. Fry in vegetable oil.
From all sides, to a beautiful blush.
Cut the onion into feathers and put it on the meat. Simmer under the lid over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Peel the potatoes, add them to the meat, and add salt. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat until the meat and potatoes are cooked.
Add the butter and bay leaf, check for salt, and simmer for a couple more minutes. Remove the bay leaf before serving.
