Instructions
  1. Prepare the minced meat. Mix semolina with milk and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes. Beef and onions will be passed through a meat grinder. Add milk with semolina, egg, salt, pepper and mix the minced meat well.
  2. For the filling, boil 3 hard-boiled eggs, cool and finely chop. Pickled cucumber (if desired, you can also pickle) cut into 6 slices. Wash the corn and mix it with the egg.
  3. On a cellophane bag, form a rectangle of 1/6 of the minced meat.
  4. Put 2 tablespoons of filling from the edge, put a slice of cucumber on top.
  5. Lifting the edges of the package, carefully form a roll. The tips are rounded off with fingers dipped in water. We spread our rolls on a baking sheet. Put in the oven (200 degrees) for 40 minutes (until golden brown).
  6. And we have mashed potatoes as a side dish. While the potatoes are cooking, grate the carrots on a fine grater and finely chop the dill.
  7. Boil the potatoes until tender. You need to make sure that all the liquid does not evaporate. Now add carrots, dill, salt, pepper and leave to languish under the lid for 5 minutes. then add the milk, and as soon as it boils, remove the pan from the heat and puree. The density of the puree can be adjusted with hot milk (depending on the friability of the potatoes and your taste).
  8. Place the roll on a serving dish and garnish with a side dish, sprinkle with ketchup.
  9. It turns out very tasty. Enjoy your meal!
