  1. We will prepare all the necessary products. You can take any greens, according to your taste. I have basil and parsley.
  2. In the oven at T = 200 * bake the peppers for 20 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other. Put the finished peppers in a plastic bag and put them in the refrigerator.
  3. Make a cross-shaped incision on the tomatoes and boil them for 2-3 minutes. Then immediately dip it in cold water for 1-2 minutes. Remove the skin.
  4. Cut tomatoes into small cubes, onion – quarter rings, garlic and herbs finely chop. In a frying pan, in preheated oil, fry the onion until transparent, add garlic, after 1-2 minutes put the tomatoes and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Add spices and herbs, warm up for another 1-2 minutes. The sauce is ready.
  5. Remove the pepper from the refrigerator, peel it and put it in a bowl with a high rim. Fill it with hot gravy and leave it to absorb the taste and aromas. This dish is served cold, pepper can be eaten whole, along with the middle.
