I offer a recipe for a sponge cake on boiled condensed milk. The recipe is very simple. Suitable as a base for a cake. It turns out to be soft and lush. Last year I worked in a pastry shop and I liked this recipe, well, of course, I dragged it into my piggy bank. Try it, maybe you’ll like it!

  1. Whisk margarine or butter (at room temperature) with boiled condensed milk.
  2. Add the eggs and beat again with a mixer.
  3. Add soda, extinguished with vinegar, add flour and knead the dough.
  4. Pour the dough into the mold, I have a mold size of 18 x 25 cm.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 g. until ready – 20-30 minutes.
  6. The biscuit is ready!
