A very simple snack option for both your daily diet and for decorating a festive table. Crusty bread perfectly combines with this salad and complements it with its garlic flavor.
Boil the rice. Chop the green onion feathers and mix with the rice.
Add the corn kernels and mix well.
Shake the chicken egg with a pinch of salt using a whisk, pour into a non-stick frying pan, brown on both sides, transfer to a wooden board, roll and cut into strips, add to the rice and corn, mix.
Add the mayonnaise sauce, add salt if necessary, and mix.
Spread on fragrant bread rolls. Garnish with lettuce leaves and corn kernels. Have a nice snack!
