Take 2 large mushrooms.
Cut off the leg and fry in olive oil on both sides.

Cut the avocado into thin slices and put it on the champignon.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
Mix yogurt, juice of half a lemon, salt, grated and squeezed cucumber, olive oil and finely chopped mint.
Put a couple of tablespoons on top of the avocado.
Fry 2 eggs and season with believe me sauce.
Sprinkle with chili flakes and freshly ground salt!
