Breakfast with Champignons Recipe

  1. Take 2 large mushrooms. Cut off the leg and fry in olive oil on both sides.
  2. When fried, press it to the pan with a spatula to make real pancakes.
  3. Put it on a plate. Cut the avocado into thin slices and put it on the champignon. Half an avocado for each hat.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix yogurt, juice of half a lemon, salt, grated and squeezed cucumber, olive oil and finely chopped mint. Put a couple of tablespoons on top of the avocado.
  5. Fry 2 eggs and season with believe me sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with chili flakes and freshly ground salt!
