This is probably the most delicious sweet dough recipe I’ve ever cooked. At home we always have 2 chocolates in case we “want something sweet”.   1. In fact, everything is very simple. Melt the chocolate. Mix with protein fruit puree until smooth. At the same stage, add sugar. Add the melted chocolate to the egg-fruit mixture. Salt.
  2. Add cocoa and flour. Mix thoroughly with a spoon. The dough should be thick.
  3. Transfer the dough to a silicone mold and bake until ready. It took me about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. But it is better, of course, to focus on your oven.
  4. When the brownie is ready, such a crust will form on top.
  5. Our brownie is ready! It turns out to be moderately sweet, dense, chocolate, but absolutely low-fat!
  6. You can sit down to drink tea with a clear conscience! Let your diet be delicious!
