Buckwheat Noodles with Beef and Vegetables Recipe
A very tasty and spicy Asian dish. Easy to prepare. Having tried it once, I want more. Be sure that at least once in your life you need to cook it.

  1. Take the beef, wash it well and dry it with a paper towel. Cut into thin strips. Add basil, marjoram and soy sauce (50 ml). Put it to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes-1 hour. It is not necessary to salt the meat!!!
  2. While the meat is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Cut the carrots into strips. Pepper and broccoli strips.
  3. Fry our meat.
  4. That’s how we fry carrots.
  5. Put the buckwheat noodles to cook. It is prepared very quickly – 5-7 minutes. Flip it into a colander and let the water drain. We pour the finished noodles into the pan and add our fried meat with carrots.
  6. We brown our pepper. When it is almost ready, add the broccoli and leave them together in the pan for 5 minutes.
  7. While the broccoli is “stewing”, we prepare the sauce. Add the sweet chili sauce and one tablespoon of tomato paste to the soy sauce (30 ml). Depending on the amount of soy sauce and chili sauce, you can change the taste according to your preferences. Makes the dish more spicy or salty.
  8. We mix all our ingredients. And mix the sauce well, add it to the pan. Let the noodles fry a little and cover with a lid for 5 minutes.
  9. Our dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!!!
