Instructions
  1. To prepare a dish, it is good to use a deep frying pan or a saucepan. Cut the ham into cubes. Instead of ham, you can take bacon or boiled-smoked brisket
  2. Cut the pork into small pieces (if it is with fat, even better).
  3. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, toss the ham in there, fry it lightly.
  4. Add the meat and fry it a little too.
  5. Now add the finely chopped onion and grated carrot, fry everything together. This should be done on maximum heat so that the meat and vegetables are fried and become a little ruddy.
  6. Now we will need tomatoes in their own juice without sauce. Their convenience is that they have no skin. But if you want – you can use fresh tomatoes, scalding them with boiling water and removing the skin.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  8. And we send them to fry in a frying pan with meat.
  9. When everything is fried in the pan, pour in the buckwheat and mix the contents of the pan.
  10. Pour water 1 cm above the level of buckwheat.
  11. Add salt, crushed garlic and ground fenugreek (this will give the dish a mushroom flavor). Mix well again, cover with a lid, let it boil strongly, switch to a minimum heat and leave for 15-20 minutes to absorb all the water.
  12. Now that all the water has been absorbed, turn off the stove. Make a recess in the porridge and break the raw eggs (number of eaters). Cover with a lid and leave for 5-7 minutes so that the eggs “grab”.
  13. Do not let the yolk cook until the end, let it remain slightly watery. When you put this mess on my own plate, lightly tuck in the hot, slightly thickened cream yolk with a fork – it will melt and serve as a delicious sauce.
