  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Cut the carrots into half rings and add to the onion.
  3. Add the chopped champignons.
  4. Grate the tomato and add it to the vegetables.
  5. Pour in hot water. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add diced potatoes. Use the chili seasoning and salt.
  7. Wash the buckwheat in cold water and send it after the potatoes.
  8. When the potatoes and buckwheat are cooked, the soup will be ready. Add seasoning to taste.
