Buckwheat with Vegetables “Simple and Tasty” Recipe

  1. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and put them to fry in a small amount of oil. Cut the bell pepper into strips, chop the garlic finely with a knife, slice the tomatoes and add to the vegetables, continuing to simmer the vegetables on low heat under a closed lid, pour 50 ml of water.
  2. When the vegetables are almost ready, add the peas, salt, spices and finely chopped chili pepper. Mix everything and simmer for 2 minutes. Then pour in the boiled buckwheat, stir and then simmer under the lid for a couple of minutes.
  3. This side dish is good both hot and cold. Serve with any of your favorite herbs. Enjoy your meal!!!
