  1. Finely chop the breast fillet and chop it on a Board with a knife. Finely chop the onion. Mix the chopped fillet, onion, egg, add pepper, salt and mix.
  2. Melt the butter and put the formed flat patties about 1 cm high, slightly smaller in diameter than the buns.
  3. Fry the cutlets on both sides until lightly browned. At the end of frying, cook under the lid on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Cut the buns, but not to the end, 0.5 cm short of the edge on one side. Put the cheese and cutlets on the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle with green onions and add a little mayonnaise. Cover with a lid and brush it with melted butter.
  6. We put it in a container and take it to nature. You can reheat on the grill. Spread on plates, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds and decorate with physalis.
