  1. Cut the young cabbage into thin strips, mash it well with your hands. If you use cabbage that is not young, it is better to put it out until it is half cooked.
  2. Boiled chicken fillet (considering the weight of the finished chicken) cut into small cubes. Mix cabbage, chicken, some herbs (parsley, dill). Salt.
  3. Whisk eggs, kefir (yogurt, matzoni, yogurt), salt, sugar and corn (sunflower oil). Add baking soda, mix again.
  4. Sift flour, mix it with bran. If you absolutely do not like bran in baking, replace them with wheat flour. (that is, put 180 g of wheat flour) Pour the flour with bran into the kefir-egg mass, beat the dough with a whisk until smooth.
  5. The consistency of the dough is not very thick sour cream.
  6. Cover the baking dish with parchment, greased with vegetable oil. The diameter of my form is 20 cm. The sides of the molds are also lubricated with vegetable oil. Pour a little less than half of the dough into the mold.
  7. Spread the filling evenly, slightly retreating from the edges. Lightly press the filling into the dough.
