  1. Prepare the ingredients for the soup.
  2. Rinse the pork ribs, pour cold water, bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook over low heat for 1.5 hours. Then remove, separate from the bones and cut the meat into pieces.
  3. Peel potatoes, onions and carrots.
  4. Cut the carrots or grate them into strips. Cut the onion into strips
  5. Sauerkraut squeeze and simmer for 15-20 minutes on half of the butter.
  6. Fry the onion and carrot in the remaining butter. Wash the tomato and finely chop it. Pass the fat through a meat grinder.
  7. Cut the potatoes.
  8. Bring the meat broth to a boil, add sauerkraut, potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, then add lard, bulgur, chopped tomato, onion and carrot, salt and cook over low heat until the bulgur is ready. 5 minutes before the soup is ready, add the peppers, bay leaf.
  9. Serve the soup with meat, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs. Enjoy your meal!
