  1. Cut the sausages into slices. In a deep frying pan, heat the olive oil, fry the sausages until golden brown. Finely chop the onion, add to the sausage, cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Finely chop the celery, grate the carrots or cut into strips. Add to the pan, cook for 5 minutes. Add salt to them, add all the spices.
  3. Add tomato paste, mix well.
  4. Chop the cabbage into strips. Put in a saucepan, stir, add water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
