Instructions
Grate the halva on a fine grater.
Mix with cocoa and cardamom.
Beat the eggs with white sugar.
Add a piece of soft butter to the beaten eggs, continuing to beat.
Now add the cocoa paste and mix.
Add sour cream, mix again.
Add flour mixed with baking powder, knead until smooth.
Put the dough in a greased form and put it in a preheated oven (160 degrees), bake until the matches dry.
The finished cake is removed from the mold and sprinkled with powdered sugar or icing. I made a glaze of 1 protein and 1 cup of powdered sugar.
