Instructions
In a deep bowl, mix water, vegetable oil, salt. Stir with a whisk.
Then you need to add the flour and baking powder sifted in several passes. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
Then brush the dust off the table to make it easier to work with the dough. Divide it into 8 equal parts.
Form balls and roll out a thin cake from them. Each cake should be smeared with melted butter. Then assemble the edges so that you get a square.
Put the grated Suluguni cheese in the center of the square and gently pinch the edges.
Preheat the frying pan, add a piece of butter and put the squares of cheese seam down.
