Yeast dough I knead with a bread machine, but You can knead it in the usual way. In a bucket of bread machine pour warm water, which stirred honey, add yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.
I add sifted wheat flour of the highest grade and whole-grain, softened butter, salt.
I put the bucket in the bread maker, turn on the kneading mode.
I give the dough in a warm place to increase in volume by 2-3 times.
Shift the dough on the table, knead well.
I divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
I form balls of dough.
Cover the balls of dough with film.
And I give them a rest for 10-15 minutes.
At this time, I prepare the ingredients for the filling - I drain the excess liquid from canned corn and canned fish (if the fish is large pieces, I grind it with a fork), I RUB the cheese on a large grater.
Each ball of dough is rolled into a circle with a diameter of about 12 cm (I sprinkled a little flour on the table).
Make 8 equidistant incisions with a knife.
