  1. Take the bread, cut off the crust and cut it as you want, in circles, triangles, squares.
  2. Fry the canapes in a dry frying pan on 2 sides until browned.
  3. This is something that will be useful to us next time. We thinly slice the fish or buy ready-made slicing, which is much easier, but more expensive. Lettuce leaves are washed and dried.
  4. Spread cream cheese generously on our toasted canapes. Roll the fish into a roll and put it on the canapes, slightly drowning in cheese, no toothpicks are needed for fastening, everything will hold as it should.
  5. We tear off the top of the salad, also twist it and at the end of twisting add a little cheese, a type of glue that will fix our salad. That’s it! We put it on a plate.
