  1. Put the potato slices on a dry baking sheet, add salt, put in a preheated 225 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes.
  3. Cucumbers cut into rings.
  4. Finely chop the greens.
  5. Add garlic and horseradish squeezed through a press to the cottage cheese, add salt.
  6. Add the greens, stir.
  7. Assemble the canapes – put cucumber, herring, onion on potatoes, secure with a skewer. Place a ball of cheese mixture on top.
