Canapes with Potato Wedges and Herring Recipe

Ingredients

Herring

Cheese

Watercress salad

Garlic

Horseradish
Salt
Instructions
Put the potato slices on a dry baking sheet, add salt, put in a preheated 225 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Cut the onion into cubes.
Cucumbers cut into rings.
Finely chop the greens.
Add garlic and horseradish squeezed through a press to the cottage cheese, add salt.
Add the greens, stir.
Assemble the canapes – put cucumber, herring, onion on potatoes, secure with a skewer. Place a ball of cheese mixture on top.
