  1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  2. Cold butter -on a large scale.
  3. Mix cheese, butter and flour. Here we add a pinch of salt.
  4. Grind everything into crumbs.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of cold water one at a time. By the way, at this point you can add paprika, herbs, garlic, black or red pepper, etc. Knead well. Roll the dough into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough very thinly.
  7. Cut out cookies of any shape. And again, for the canapé, I chose just a glass, not a form.
  8. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Prick with a fork. And bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  9. Here are our ready-made crackers. Outwardly, they may not be masterpieces, but they are very tasty. Perfect for tea and beer. Well, the basis for the canapes, of course, is beautiful! Basically, if you just bake crackers to make them look beautiful, you can spread them with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds, coarse salt, dry herbs, etc. Well, everything is in the hands of your imagination.
  10. Choose about 14-15 pieces of the most beautiful canapes (for a jar of caviar 140 g). Spread with butter and spread with caviar. For each canape, it took me about 1 teaspoon of caviar with a slide. I try not to regret caviar for such things. Decorate with greenery.
