Black pepper

Instructions
Peel the raw carrots.
Cut into circles. Boil in salted water until tender (or just take boiled carrots and cut into slices).
In a frying pan, fry bacon (sausage, ham – whatever is at hand) with onions.
Add the prepared carrots.
Then add cream (or sour cream with water), salt, pepper and grated cheese. Mix well, hold in the pan for a couple of seconds.
The carrots are ready!
