  1. Wash the carrots, peel, cut into strips 5 mm thick. Dry with a paper towel.
  2. Add salt.
  3. Add your favorite spices to taste. Mix it.
  4. Add the ketchup and mix again.
  5. Roll the carrots in flour.
  6. In a cauldron or deep-fry, heat the vegetable oil. Roll some of the carrots in breadcrumbs in the heated oil. Fry over medium heat until golden brown for about 4-5 minutes.
  7. Put the finished carrots on a paper towel.
