  1. Let’s prepare the products. We turn on the oven for heating. For the casserole, I will use pre-made homemade dumplings with minced chicken, they are frozen. Put the dumplings in a deep baking dish. We distribute evenly.
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. Put chopped onions, fried mushrooms, chopped herbs, mayonnaise and curd cheese with herbs in a cup.
  4. Mix.
  5. Add salt, boiled water at room temperature and spices to taste (I have dry adjika). We mix.
  6. Add the prepared sauce to the form with dumplings.
  7. Cover the form with foil and send to the oven.
  8. Bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Then remove the foil.
  9. Grate cheese on a grater.
  10. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the casserole and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
  11. Then remove the casserole dish from the oven.
  12. Serve the dish by adding herbs.
