Instructions
Melt the butter and cool it a little. Mix the butter with the milk (vegetable oil in the photo), add the egg and mix with a whisk.
Add the cheese, grated on a fine grater.
Mix the flour thoroughly with baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix the liquid ingredients with the flour mixture and mix.
Put the dough into cupcake molds. Bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C.
