Add the chopped vegetables to the cooked meat broth, add a mixture of dried herbs to taste.
Put the boiled vegetables in a chopper and pour in a small amount of broth. In the future, the amount of broth in the soup can be adjusted to taste. Cut the vegetables so that small pieces of vegetables remain.
Then return the chopped vegetable mixture to the mold and add the cream (100 ml.)
Add 100 gr. cream cheese. Return the pan to a very low heat and stir to adjust the thickness of the remaining broth. Cook the soup until the cream cheese is completely dissolved.
Pour the soup-puree on plates, add croutons and fried pieces of sausage or bacon. Sprinkle green onions on top. Enjoy your meal!
