  1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add a little salt and dry dill to the grated cheese and mix.
  2. Pour in the kefir, beat the egg, then add the rice flour and mix again.
  3. Put it on the bottom of the baking dish (I have a shape with a diameter of 20 cm, the thickness of the dough layer is about 1.5 cm).
  4. Place the mold in a preheated 180C oven (top-bottom mode) and bake for about 20 minutes.
