The first stage of cooking is roasting meat in oil with the addition of seasonings. In order for the flavor of seasonings to fully open, you need to pour oil into a heated frying pan, and then add the seasonings, mix with a spatula and only then add the meat. Fry until tender. If desired, you can put it on a napkin to remove excess oil.
Then boil the pasta in salted water. It took me 11 minutes to reach al dente. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Then put the pasta in the baking dish and prepare the omelet. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, salt, egg and beat with a fork a little, then add some of the cheese and mix with the pasta until they are cold. Mix it immediately, as the cheese will melt instantly.
Top with the remaining cheese to form a cheese cap, evenly distributed over the entire surface. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the dish until ready - complete melting of the cheese cap and baking the omelet.
Take the finished dish out of the oven and decorate with chopped herbs to your taste. Enjoy your meal!!!
